the issues raised by the site workers Leads recruitment process, employees induction, performance management,employee engagement, Statutory compliance, grievance handling and exit formalities• Analyze, plan and manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR services provided meet the needs of company • Conduct interviews; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.• Prepare and maintain company salary structure, offer letters & job documentations, and job evaluation systems.• Develop HR planning strategies with line managers which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources for right candidate• Develop human resource objectives in consultation with the senior departmental managers to support the achievement of business strategies• Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets as per the approved manpower budget• Conduct employee induction and ensure end to end on boarding for new hires• Coordination with HR Manager to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.• Manage of administration activities and co-ordinate with PRO’s for works related to proper Government Authorities• Manage a team and exercise good people management practices, particularly with regard to performance management and career development.• Monitor visa application and issue for employees and support business initiatives to develop a performance driven, customer-oriented culture

IES - Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff. - Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions - Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations - Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities - Provide staff orientations - Monitor staff performance and attendance activities - Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff - Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues - Manage Employee personnel files - Manage the monthly KPIS by updating all information and ensuring that all processes are working properly - Manage all the daily requests from employees and work with the PRO on completing all PRO work - Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office - Directly in charge to follow up the labor camps occupancy plan, and maintain their states in conformity with the Municipality regulations - Provide all the HR datas and reports as required by the mother company, in coordination with the finance department
