Facilities Management Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Organize, coordinate and manage with the supervisor the day to day operations of the jobsite
Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
Develops and manages the facility work order system. Assigns tasks to
Appropriate team member(s).
Arrange for site inspection from time to time to monitor standard of work and completion schedule. ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
Evaluate the performance and assist in appraisal of employees.
allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
Flexible to work to shift patterns as and when required. Flexible availability for 24/7 rostered standby duties and emergency call outs.
supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
Conduct O&M trainings for MEP systems
implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels
generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
Comply with all policies, processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local authorities and statutory requirements
