Business Development Manager - Key Accounts

Promote company's Electro MEchanical products and systems to key customer accounts (MEP contractors, Consultants and Developers)
Identify follow up & support division sales for major opportunities by helping them to liase with key contact of the MEP stakeholders for sales negotiation and finalization
Keeps track & monitor of key UAE & GCC project status and inform sales on update, calls for assistance from Division Managers to keep the sales process moving
Understands key accounts business objectives, needs and requirements
Seeks out new sales leads with specific focus on key projects development needed for growth.
Should be Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Marketing relevant to subject business or equivalent through experience
Preferably a lady from Eastern/Western Europe or South Africa
Should have 3-5 years of active experience in a front line business development position within UAE construction or MEP market segment
Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally
Ability to deminstrate technical or market expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment
