This describes the terms and conditions which allows you to access and use the www.mepjobgulf.com web site (the Web Site). By using the Web Site, you accept and agree to be bound the terms of these Terms and Conditions. The terms you and User as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the Web Site for any reason.

Visitors to www.mepjobgulf.com are granted a nonexclusive, limited license to use and access the content and services offered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "License").

This website www.mepjobgulf.com, (hereinafter referred to as "MEP") is owned, hosted and operated by MEP (India) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "MEP"), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956.
Ownership of the database of MEP is vested exclusively with MEP. Rights of access and usage are subject to the compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. DEFINITIONS
• The term "misuse" shall mean and include all acts which are aimed at utilizing the database of MEP for any purposes other than for searching and advertising for genuine job vacancies. It shall also extend to the use of the database for commercial purposes without the express permission of MEP.
• The term "offensive material" shall mean and include obscene material as defined in Section 67 of the Information Technology Act of India, 2000. It shall include content which is aimed at demeaning a particular class of individuals, corporate body, country etc. It shall also include content having the effect of violating the Intellectual Property Rights of others.
• The terms "service" or "services" would mean and include the interactive online information service offered by MEP on the internet through which the user may access information carried by MEP in the database maintained by it. The terms would include the search tools through which the user can search through the hosted databases and information using a number of search tools that are present with a selection matching their search criteria. Users then select one or more of the items presented to view the full document/ record. The term service does not extend to MEP acting as an agent/consultant either express or implied on behalf of any user/customer. Services should also include any service that is subscribed by the user (job seeker or employer). These services are subscribed by paying through cash or credit card.
• The term "Spamming" shall mean and include any unsolicited bulk e-mails/messages or unsolicited commercial e-mails/messages.
• The term "subscriber" would include any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the services of MEP, and to whom the access is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password. The user decides the username and password to manage his or her account at the time of registration.
• The term "unauthorized user" is defined as any person who does not have a legal or a contractual right to access the services of MEP, but does so. This also includes any person who uses the existing username and password of another person to commit transactions or interactions that are not made by the actual registered user.
• The terms "User" and "customer" would include both the authorized and unauthorized user(s)

2. USE OF MATERIAL AND WEBSITE
• The MEP authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Web Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. This license to use the website and the material is not a sale of any of the owner's rights. The Web Site may be used only by you, and you may not rent, lease, lend, sub-license or transfer the website or any data residing on it or any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. You may not develop or derive for commercial sale any data in machine-readable or other form that incorporates or uses any substantial part of the website. You may not transfer to or store any data residing or exchanged over the website to any electronic network for use by more than one user unless you obtain prior written permission from the Company.
• You must retain all copyright, trademark, service-mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original material on any copy you make of the material. Except as otherwise expressly provided, you may not sell, modify, reproduce, copy, display, perform, distribute, transfer, use, publish, license or create derivate works from any material or content contained on the Web Site. The use of the material on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Company creates to generate its pages.
• The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.

3. LICENSE
By submitting content to any public or non-public area of the website, including message boards, forums, contests and chat rooms, you grant the company and its affiliates the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You also warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above. You also permit any subscriber to access, display, view, store and reproduce such content for personal use. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such content placed on the website retains any and all rights that may exist in such content.

4. WEB SITE SECURITY RULES
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Web Site, including, without limitation:
• accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access; or
• attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; or
• attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Web Site, overloading, flooding, spamming, mailbombing or crashing; or
• sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or
• forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

5. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON www.mepjobgulf.com as a JOB SEEKER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
• The resume/ insertion/CV or information/data fed by the user can be updated by the user alone, free of cost. MEP shall not be responsible for any changes made in the resume/information uploaded by the user.
• MEP does not offer any guarantee or warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume/ insertion or information/data is fed by the user.
• MEP neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
• MEP would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion/CV or information/data or particulars supplied by user due to acts of God as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond MEP's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, distributed denial of service attacks, virus attacks, war and natural calamities.
• It shall be sole prerogative and responsibility of the user to check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the resume/ insertion/CV or information/data being fed into the network system of MEP by the user, for going out of station or in station for any job or interview. MEP assumes no responsibility in respect thereof and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed or thing which the user may so do, pursuant to the receipt of the response, if any, to the resume/ insertion/CV or information/ date being fed into the network system of MEP.
• MEP reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion/CV or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
• This free service entitles the user alone i.e. the same person, to add modify or change the data/information fed in by him but does not entitle him to use the free service to feed fresh insertion or information/data /resume of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.
• MEP has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit resume in its database.
• The username/password created by the subscriber will enable the subscriber to access all the information received through MEP, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and MEP shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. MEP undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password.
• The user agreement between a user/subscriber and MEP will be treated as having been terminated in the following events:
• On completion of the term for which the user/subscriber engages the services of the website; or
• In case the user/subscriber violates any of the conditions of this agreement or any other agreement entered into by him with MEP, however, such termination will be at the option and discretion of MEP; or
• In writing and on such terms as agreed to by the parties mutually.
• All data uploaded on MEP becomes the exclusive property of MEP and the user consents to the material being included in the searchable database of MEP or any other ancillary website maintained by MEP and offering similar services. Also the user permits MEP to provide details like email address and telephone numbers to employers for the main purpose of communicating with them for job vacancies/ opportunities
• The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
• The responsibility for accuracy and reliability of any information uploaded by a jobseeker including photographs lie solely with the uploader of the content. mepjobgulf.com shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of information provided by a user. However, in case a user comes across fraudulent information of any kind on the website, users are requested to notify the website authorities about the same through the means provided. MEP does not take any responsibility for any impersonation/ person who does not exist or deceased.
• www.mepjobgulf.com allows recruiters to download resume of jobseekers subject to jobseeker's prior consent and preferences. If the job seeker is putting their details on our site , they are consenting to their information being downloaded for only employment purposes by the recruiter. www.mepjobgulf.com shall not be held responsible for any dissemination of information including uploaded photograph outside its purview.

6. RESTRICTION / PROHIBITIONS
• The Web Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees. You represent, warrant and agree that you will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) the Web Site for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices or by applicable law (including but not limited to any applicable export controls). The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Web Site, and all users agree not to use the Web Site, for any of the following :
• Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
• Posting or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to reproduce, display or transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as nondisclosure agreements.
• Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
• Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
• Attempt to interfere with, access by any other user including but not limited to by submitting a virus of any kind or Trojan horse to MEP, overloading, Flooding, mail bombing or crashing;
• Copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in MEP except as permitted;
• Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Web Site or any activity being conducted on this site.
• Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Web Site's infrastructure.
• Copy and distribute this information on any other server, or modify or re-use information, text, graphics, sound, etc. on this Website to any other system. No reproduction of any part of the Website may be sold or distributed for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication or Website, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including postings to any other Website; or
• Remove any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material from any material copied or printed off from MEP or link to MEP, without our express written consent.
• Providing deep links into MEP without prior permission of MEP is prohibited. Extracting data from MEP using any automated process such as spiders, crawlers etc. or through any manual process for a purpose which has not been authorized in writing.
• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
• Subscribers shall under no circumstance sublicense, assign, or transfer the License, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.
• Printing out or otherwise copying or using any personally identifiable information about employees or business information about employers. Unsolicited e-mail, telephone calls, mailing or other contacts to posting individuals and companies are prohibited.
• Reselling or assigning your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Use.
• Making any unauthorized use of the Web Site.
• Violating any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation
• Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf. MEP does not take any responsibility for any impersonation/ person who does not exist or deceased.
• Impersonating any person or entity, including but not limited to a Company official, forum leader, guide or host or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, club membership, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
• Posting or transmitting any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation or any non-resume information such as opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise.
• Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
• If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of the Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Web Site other than the search engine and saved searches available from the Company on the Web Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).
• Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Web Site.
• Transmitting, posting, distributing or storing any message, information, data, text, software or images, or other materials (Content) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually-explicit, libelous, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to another user or any other person or entity.
• Posting or transmitting any Content that contains viruses or corrupted data, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.
• Deleting any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels that you upload to any communication feature.
• Using the Web Site's communication features in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources or other users (e.g., excessive shouting, use of all caps, or flooding continuous posting of repetitive text.
• Uploading, transmitting or posting any Content or using the Web Site in any manner that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of any third parties.
• Responding to any employment opportunity on the Web Site for any reason other than to apply for the job. Communications soliciting the employer's business by our competitors are prohibited.
The User / subscriber / visitor to MEP or affiliated site(s) is prohibited from uploading, posting, transmitting, updating or sharing: any information that:
• belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
• is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
• harm minors in any way;
• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
• violates any law for the time being in force;
• deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
• impersonate another person;
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
• MEP reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from website, which in the reasonable exercise of MEP’s discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that MEP believes is not in the best interest of MEP.
• If at any time during your use of the MEP Services, You made a misrepresentation of fact to Monster or otherwise misled MEP in regards to the nature of your business activities, MEP will have grounds to terminate your use of the MEP Services.

7. RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS
Featured Companies (Display of Logo/Banner)
• MEP agrees to provide the service to the subscriber only for the duration or the number of impressions /clicks contracted for, to the best of its ability.
• MEP will display the Logo/banners on all the relevant/specified sections of the site on a permanent or rotation basis, as contracted.
• MEP reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, may be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis.
• MEP offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the banners are put on display
• MEP would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond MEP's reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities
• MEP will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber
• This subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual.
• The subscriber/Recruiter/Advertiser must give an undertaking to MEP that there will be no fee charged from any person who responds to jobs advertised on MEP for processing of applications / responses from such person.
• The User of these services does not claim any copyright, Trade Mark or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website. The Banners displayed on MEP shall be prepared as per the instructions received from the users, MEP shall not be responsible for the users misappropriation of the Trade Mark/ Copyright or any other Intellectual Property Right sought to be passed of as that of the user. MEP is allowed to use the name and logo of the subscribers for promotional purposes of MEP.
• Only one office of one corporate entity / firm will be entitled to use this service and in case other offices of the same company/ associated companies located in a different country/jurisdiction, wants to use the said service, then, they shall have to pay additional subscription charges for the service.

8. USER INFORMATION
• You will be required as part of your registration for the Web Site to provide the Company with certain information about yourself, including, without limitation, a valid e-mail address (your Information).
• In addition to the terms of any privacy policy posted on the Web Site, you understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. However, the Company will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent required by applicable laws or in legal proceedings.
• The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by the Company or by third parties.

9. MEP CV DATABASE
• MEP agrees to provide the service to the subscriber only for the duration contracted for to the best of its ability
• MEP reserves its right to suspend/terminate the services contracted for by the subscriber either prior to or during the contracted period without assigning any reason. In such an eventuality, any amount so paid for by the subscriber for this service, may be refunded by MEP at a prorata basis to the subscriber at its discretion.
• The subscriber shall be entitled to one log in user name / password to access its account on mepjobgulf.com and additional logins may be provided by MEP on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon.
• MEP offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all subscriber for applications received using the database
• MEP shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense
• MEP would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond MEP's reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities
• MEP will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber
• The subscriber/Recruiter shall give an undertaking to MEP that the jobs sought to be filled through MEP are in existence, genuine and the subscriber has the authority to recruit /advertise for such vacancies. Also the subscriber undertakes that the database will be used to contact candidates for jobs only
• MEP reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction, classification of any section of MEP at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice
• This subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual concern.
• This subscription shall entitle the subscriber alone to the use and access of database. Continuous usage of the same from third party premises including any affiliates etc of the subscriber shall amount to illegal usage, which shall entitle MEP to discontinue services without refund/notice.
• The subscriber shall be assigned a password (s) by MEP to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through the software, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and MEP shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. MEP undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber
• The information on MEP is for use by its subscribers alone and does not authorize the subscriber to download and use the data for commercial purposes. In case anyone is found to be in violation of this then MEP at its discretion may suspend its service/subscription and also may take such action as it may be advised
• Personal Information included in database is meant only for the purpose of contacting the job seekers for specific existing openings, sending out mails beyond reasonable levels and viewing/downloading an abnormally high number of CVs may be restricted by MEP.
• The Subscription of a user shall be subject to Quotas as applicable and as advised.
• The subscriber shall not use / circulate / forward a person's resume hosted on the MEP Network to his / her current employer as mentioned by the person in his / her resume
• Only one office of one corporate entity / firm will be entitled to use this service and in case other offices of the same company/ associated companies located in a different country/jurisdiction, wants to use the said service, then, they shall have to pay additional subscription charges for the service.
• The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him or on his behalf on the website or supplied to MEP.

10. JOB POSTINGS
• MEP shall place the information only in Job Board Section on the website www.mepjobgulf.com or such other mirror or parallel site(s) as MEP may deem fit and proper but such web host shall be without any extra cost to the subscriber / user. Each insertion so displayed in the Job board section of www.mepjobgulf.com shall be for a fixed period (currently 30 days), which is subject to change without notice.
• MEP reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of MEP.
• The subscriber shall be entitled to one login user name / password to access its account on www.mepjobgulf.com and additional logins may be provided by MEP on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon
• MEP has the right to make all such modifications/editing of the vacancy details in order to fit its database.
• All information intimated by the client and displayed by MEP on www.mepjobgulf.com becomes public knowledge and MEP may at its sole discretion include the vacancy intimated by a client for display on www.mepjobgulf.com in any other media including the print media/social media at no extra costs to the client and MEP cannot be held liable for usage/publicity of such information.
• MEP offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the job is put on display.
• MEP shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense.
• MEP would not be held liable for loss of any data whether of technical nature or otherwise or all or any, information or particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond MEP reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
• MEP will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.
• The subscriber/Recruiter shall give an undertaking to MEP that the jobs sought to be advertised on Job Board Section on www.mepjobgulf.com are in existence, are genuine and that the subscriber has the authority to advertise the jobs.
• The subscriber/Recruiter must give an undertaking to MEP that there will be no fee charged from any person who responds to jobs advertised on the classified section of www.mepjobgulf.com for processing of such person.
• The data for the responses will be cleaned up as per the below mentioned policy:
• All data in the employer account pertaining to a specific job will be deleted 60 days after expiry of subscription. Recruiter should renew after 60 days to continue using the data.
• In an active subscription, at a job level, will be deleted after 6 months of expiry of job.
• MEP reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction, of the job board section of www.mepjobgulf.com at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
• The subscriber to this service shall be entitled to such number of listings during the period of subscription as may be agreed upon.
• The subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual.
• Only one office of one corporate entity / firm will be entitled to use this service and in case other offices of the same company/ associated companies located in a different country/jurisdiction, wants to use the said service, then, they shall have to pay additional subscription charges for the service.

15. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
• Different premium services are purchased and accessed from different pages on www.mepjobgulf.com. All prices are in US dollars.
• All amounts payable by Customer must be received in full prior to commencement of Service. Cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard. Customer will be responsible for the payment of any present or future sales, use, excise or other similar tax (excluding taxes based on www.mepjobgulf.com's net income) applicable to the services hereunder. Amounts paid hereunder are non-refundable.
• Cancellations and Refunds. For cancellations and refunds, please contact one of our sales offices mentioned in the "Contact Us" page. Any cancellation or refund will happen based on www.mepjobgulf.com’s sole discretion, and it will be reviewed on case by case basis. In the wake of a refund, it will happen through the original mode of payment only. (d) Credit Card Information. The details collected do not include credit card details of customers. All credit card information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
• Payments for the services offered by MEP shall be on a 100% advance basis.
• Refund in failed transactions

25. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM:
• Any dispute, difference or claim arising out of or relating to the constructions, meanings and operations or effects of this agreement or the breach which cannot he settled within 30 days of the dispute or taking place by mutual discussions between the parties shall be referred for arbitration to be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by the Society for Arbitration & Conciliation (Regd) in accordance with the rule and regulations of the Society.
• The award passed by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding between the parties. The venue of the Arbitration shall be only at New Delhi, India.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws as applicable in India and the court situated at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide.
• By accessing the Website you agree that the laws prevailing in India shall be the governing laws in all matters relating to MEP as well as these Terms and Conditions.
• Courts at New Delhi, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to MEP and these Terms and Conditions, irrespective of the territory and jurisdiction of your access to MEP.
• MEP reserves its rights to monitor all postings to the MEP. However, if MEP becomes aware of an inappropriate use of MEP or any of its Services, MEP will respond in any way that, in its sole discretion, MEP deems appropriate.
