SALES EXECUTIVE

.Should be able to achieve sales targets as per company on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Basis
.Should participate in exhibitions, and Marketing of the MEP Products
.Should visit to customers for techno commercial discussions and give presentations to customers,
.Should Explore the market for improving sales, and Building relationships for repeat orders
.Constant monitoring of all activities to ensure reaching the sales targets
.Liaison with contractors, clients and consultant for generating sales
.Ensure that all the documents related to presales are done accurately and precisely
.Attending meetings with the clients along with the project execution and maintaining minutes
.Monitoring the payments of the project as per the progress
.Liaison with the project coordinators while fulfilling all the requirements for project execution
.Liaison various departments for completion reports and certificates
.Checking items that are used for execution of the contracts and updating the deviation Item log in case  inconsistency or non-conformance
.Ensuring that all customer communication is maintained and replied in time
