.Conduct marketing and sales; which include planning, organizing and carrying out all sales activities.
.Maintain a database of clients and update data on periodic basis.
.Explain to customers product features, options, warranty and after sales services.
.Liaise with clients to ensure full understanding of their requirements before submitting quotations.
.Review products selection conducted by the Application Engineer and make sure the product meets client requirements.
.Review quotations prepared by the Application Engineer before submission to clients.
.Follow up quotations submitted to clients to secure the purchase orders.
.Make sure the Application Engineer has submitted the invoice to the client and the cheque or L/C copy is received from the client.
.Submit Delivery Request forms to the stores for delivery after obtaining the Division Manager’s approval.
.Coordinate between logistics and warehouse to ensure that product purchased are delivered on time as per the delivery schedule.
.Make sure warranty certificates are prepared by the secretary and submitted to the client.
.Provide after sales services to clients.
.Perform any other duties as requested by the Sales Manager.
