MEP Projects Manager

  • a) Monitor project purchasing, identifying profit / potential loss.
  • b) Co-ordinate with Engineers and the Engineering Manager for drawings and engineering matters.
  • c) Monitor and assist in cash collections.
  • d) Ensuring all engineering and drafting costs are allocated to their correct projects.
  • e) Responsible for the work allocation and timely issue of project drawings.
  • f) Attend all site meetings as requested.
  • g) Prepare monthly progress payment application and to ensure positive cash flow.
  • h) Review monthly labour performance in terms of labours budget.
  • i) Responsible for submitting monthly project progress report to the Dartek Senior Management.
  • j) Ensure the project progress is monitored in accordance with the client’s contractual programme and advise accordingly.
  • k) Ensure that the work is in line with the specifications, procurement, approved shop drawings and complete the work in the best possible way and rectify all defects and complaints within the defect liability period.
  • l) Ensure that the final payment has been paid.
  • m) Manpower requirement planning
  • n) Establish the work program.
  • o) Ensure that the safety rules and regulations are followed strictly on site.
  • p) Direct the Engineers & Supervisors to train the workers and foremen
