e effective and smooth operation of the projectProvide technical assistance to the Site Engineer, Supervisor or Foreman on suitable method of works in accordance to the method statementsHandles site inspections in all related to M.E.P Works before endorsing to the consultant for inspectionCoordinates with the sub-contractor regarding the quality of works as per requirements and specification.Doing M.E.P inspection such as Ducting, Electrical, Plumbing, fire-fighting etc.Responsible for all aspect related to project quality assurance and quality control of M.E.P works.Doing daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection Ensuring that inspection request are implemented.Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of quality management and control system.Raising inspection to consultant for approval and sign-off of certain scope of works.Weekly preparation of progress reportReviewing the daily activity reports from the contractorCO-ordination with client and contractorCarryout the inspections of the M.E.P

  Predominant HSE experience gained in the Middle East; MENA and KSA experience is an advantage  ·         Preferred OSHA (USA) or IOSH (UK) membership / qualifications (NEBOSH) certificate or a diploma  ·         Has demonstrated experience in site development infrastructure and building industry and has Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) experience on large projects.  ·         Has experience in coordinating with In Kingdom HSE organizations  ·         Capable of leading the site risk assessment study and generating the Process Safety Management Program for the project  ·         Has experience in site development infrastructure and the building industry or similar industry ·         Should possess good oral and written communication skills.  ·         An operational background is definitely a plus point but a person having sound analytical and problem solving skills would also make a good safety manager.  ·         Aptitude to accept challenges and confront risks. Good administrative and team skills are preferred.  ·         Highly skilled in the analysis of technically demanding safety issues and information and the ability to quickly identify any underlying associated risks and control measures.  ·         Be fully conversant with techniques used in the management of hazards and advising on suitable measures which can be used for preventing and ultimately recovering from accident situations.  ·         Good computer knowledge is ideal, especially the use of spreadsheets and presentation programs.
